If you want to try mobile broadband, O2 (www.O2.co.uk) has halved the cost of its pay-as-you-go dongle.
O2 Mobile Broadband is offering a pay-as-you-go mobile broadband dongle for £14.67, which can be used with a choice of three tariffs. The half-price dongle is available until midnight on Tuesday November 17 – just four days away.
The dongle offers speeds up to 3.6Mb and comes with O2’s 30-day happiness guarantee. So, if you can’t get a strong signal in the places you want it, you can get your money back.
02 has three pay-as-you-go-deals:
- Mobile Broadband Daily (available for 24 hours) – £2 for 500MB + Unlimited Wi-Fi
- Mobile Broadband Weekly (available for 7 days) – £7.50 for 1GB + Unlimited Wi-Fi
- Mobile Broadband Monthly (available for 30 days) – £15 for 3GB + Unlimited Wi-Fi
In related news, O2 released its third quarter results today. O2 now has 527,126 home broadband lines in the UK – a 97.4% increase in lines compared to the same period in 2008.
The company’s mobile customer base is now 21 million lines, which includes mobile phone and mobile broadband customers.
